Dragon fruit aka pitaya
Slice it into half, You’ll find red flesh with black seeds inside. (Some dragon fruit comes in white flesh)
Peel off the skin.
Slice into cubes and dig in.

I first had dragon fruit in Cambodia years ago. It was heavenly. Every time I try it in the US, hoping to capture that flavor again, it is just not the same.

It won’t taste the same if I buy it from the supermarket. It’s best to buy it from the farm. And here in Malaysia, we are fortunate that there are many dragon fruit farms.~ヾ(＾∇＾)
