“Hope has two beautiful daughters. Their names are anger and courage; anger at the way things are, and courage to see that they do not remain the way they are.”

  1. This is wonderful! I have been concerned by some ideaologies making the rounds these past few years that seem to want to deny anger and those who are determined to pursue an anger free life – I’ve observed people ignoring that which is wrong and things that could be changed, in order to not ‘be tempted into anger’ – – This, I believe, sums up my rationale for why Anger is not the bad thing it is being made out to be!

    • When I read this quote, I thought this is clearly a special message to us. We have been talking about the social injustice that’s been going on for years and yet it breaks our hearts to see people just ignoring them. So, I too believe anger is not a bad thing if we want to see positive change 🙂
