  1. He is now called “Joe” in our memories – nobody made the hollandaise sauce or cooked him correctly to fix “Eggs Benedict” – thus, even his name, must change in our memories…..LOL – Signed, true lover of Eggs Benedict, when done ‘right’ on the sauce – 😀
