What this painting taught me at year’s end

“Ending the year with patience, not perfection!” [www.newbloggycat.com]

This one challenged me more than I expected — especially the sun. But as the year ends, I’m learning that struggle is part of growth. Closing the year with gratitude, brush in hand.

May the coming year bring steadier hands, lighter strokes, and more courage to try again. 🎨💚

To close out the year, I’ve paired the painting with a quiet rendition of Auld Lang Syne on my YouTube Short. That timeless melody of remembrance and hope feels just right. You can watch it here: [https://youtube.com/shorts/eW4LLwwyics?si=Y0dCdMr2kOYAHImp]

The wolf within

It’s been a while since I truly wrote here.
I’ve been painting, sculpting, singing… posting here and there—but inconsistently, and honestly, with a heavy heart.
Life knocked me around, but it also woke me up.
And now I’m learning to create with clearer boundaries, a steadier voice, and a heart that no longer bends to guilt.
If you’re tired of being everyone’s donkey, maybe it’s time you met your inner wolf too. 🐺

Being alone…

Chaos swirls, life twirls…

yet she moves untouched. A face of serenity, painted in the ink of life’s beautiful mess.

I want to live in a world…
