Lesson # 2: Don’t be a people-pleaser. Let your human please you instead.
Lesson # 3: You don’t need expensive toys. The toilet roll is the purrfect toy. It’s cheap and easy to replace.
Lesson # 4: Be well groomed. Looks do matter. Itβs not entirely true that beauty is on the inside unless you are a caterpillar. No one wants to look like this in the morning.
Lesson # 5: Learn to slow down. Relax and enjoy yourself a little more.
Lesson # 6: De-tox your mind before you go to sleep. Get rid of all negative thoughts, the odds and ends you pick-up during the day.
Lesson # 7: Embrace peacefulness. Reflect on your most peaceful experiences in life. And drift away into a sound, undisturbed nap.
Lesson # 8: Stretching is good for you. It increases your flexibility, improves your posture and reduce stress and body aches.
